Privacy Policy

This policy covers crazecity.com, the marketing site for Craze City, operated by Brainbaby Labs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It does not cover the game itself, which will ship with its own in-app policy.
What we collect
The email address you type into the waitlist form, together with a referral code we generate for you and the date you signed up.
If you choose to fill in the optional “how did you hear about us” box, we also store what you selected and — if you found us through an AI assistant and choose to tell us — which assistant and the wording of the question you asked it. All of that is optional, the form works without it, and it is free text you write yourself, so please do not put anything personal in it. The invite code and campaign source from your arrival link may also be saved with your signup.
We do not ask for your name, your age, your location or your payment details, and there is nothing on this site that can take them.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Craze City opens for early access, and to honour the founding-citizen reward if you signed up before launch. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored with Supabase, our database provider, who process the data on our behalf and under contract. The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which handles the request in order to deliver the page to you.
Cookies and tracking
We keep the invite code and campaign source from your arrival link in this tab’s session storage, so they stay with your signup if you explore other pages first. This stores no email address and is cleared when the browser session ends.
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics and carries no tracking pixels. That is why you were not asked to dismiss a consent banner.
The site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for that file, including your IP address, in the same way any server does when it sends you a file.
How long we keep it
Until launch and the early-access invitations that follow it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the game is cancelled, the list is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email privacy@crazecity.com and we will action it. Every email we send you will also carry an unsubscribe link.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and the waitlist is not intended for anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us an address, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not start collecting something new and quietly leave this page as it was.
